We are long-term, patient partners with a mission to provide access to capital for responsible borrowers outside of the government mortgage market.

eResi came to me with just an idea. The founders had just secured funding and started to build out their team. However, the big problem – they had nothing to show perspective clients – just a really good idea and a business plan.

Stock photography and purchased templates is one way to start a company. But its not the right way. which is why everything created for eResi was from scratch in partnership with the three founders. The goal was to bring their vision to life, and stock photography didn’t meet their need for market disruption.

The style and approach was carefully chosen because of the seriousness of the industry. Through in-depth market analysis, it showed that clients were in desperate need for something different, something more trustworthy and exciting. The majority of industry resentment was all around trust due to the lack of transparency and difficulties around getting service.

The solution was to quickly create a new brand, identity, website, a product strategy, and some marketing materials.

eResi is primed with a new brand presence as well as identity. It’s time to disrupt.
A new responsive website, product strategy, custom illustrations, marketing material, brand and identity – now a true competitor in the space.

In partnership with the eResi founders, we came up with an entirely new brand experience that utilized both research and lots of time carefully crafting exactly what the client had envisioned of their future in the industry.

Not only were the clients ecstatic, but their investors were also pumped – which was no easy feat. But the results spoke for themselves, within the first month of the company launch – they quickly signed up two RFP clients.
