DISQO is a tech company headquartered in Glendale, CA. An audience insights platform where members, real people, have trust in sharing information that improves human experience. Our business clients fuel their growth by building trusted insights on our platform. We have the largest 100% first-party consumer panel in the U.S.; clients connect opinions and behaviors across all digital touch-points, mobile and desktop.
Problem
DISQO was lacking impactful creative and my job was to build rapid interest with bold concepts
Not just as one single individual, but it was my main initiative to lead the team to build visuals and a design system that creates empathy and explains our technology in-order to disrupt the industry.

For my time at DISQO, my goal and results were to generate the most amount of interest at the quickest rate. Obviously a very big lift because cutting corners in quality was not an option.

The current market trends were vastly boring and unrelated to their brands. Our problem was easy – to differentiate ourselves in a sea of templatized and stock-infested marketing materials. The industry is ready and poised for a differentiator – a company that does it different.

Solution
Far too many solutions to mention or show in full, but to say the least – they were vast and successful.
Quality > Quantity… Results > Status-Quo…From a complete rebrand to a website overhaul, we completely changed the visual communication for DISQO.

I love taking risks. But not just any risks, risks that generate interest, make you remember, break the norms, and done at scale. However, risks blindly will never lead to success, which is why I weighed my designs heavily on reasoning, discovery, and data analysis.

We completely redid the brand with help from an outsourced Agency. The new branding was helpful but not the final piece of the puzzle, but rather created a foundation for the team to springboard off of. 

Results
The best part about our success was the amount of data to prove it.
A new responsive website, products, email, social strategy, event marketing material, brand messaging, design system, sales pipeline, brand, and identity – we are now a true competitor in the space.

The results can’t be mentioned in detail, but overall all campaigns created out-performed the others that ran previously (over 100% increase in our marketing inquiries). All results were created within our newly created “breakneck” sprints.

The website for example was designed and developed within two months which helped increase our traffic by nearly 200%, dropped the bounce rate from ~50% to 18%, increased time on website to an avg. of 2mins. per viewer.

The website was a great example of the success our campaigns had across products, events, emails, social, and etc. All of our marketing channels were up 100%+ and comments from competitors were even more thoughtful – our new branding definitely worked.
