We specialize in providing a broad range of financing, leasing and small businesses loan options.

Ascentium is a B2B partner and loan provider to primarily small privately held businesses. They are headquarted in Texas but our team was small, nimble, and 100% remote. We had weekly stand ups and easily utilized digital tools for all our communication. We also had a few contract workers for our print and event needs.
Problem
Ascentium needs to increase the amount of funding and partnerships
A small team so we needed to all wear many hats to reach the largest audience as possible and closing as many of those to net the highest ROI as possible. (aka don't fail and produce some next-gen marketing stuff.)

Our task was large but luckily our team was small and already well integrated for success due to previous wins. We already had a large chunk of our strategy figured out but we still needed to make sure the material was elevated to boost the success as high as possible. 

We needed to make sure we covered many channels to increase our coverage for maximum closure on our funnel. We needed to ensure a custom experience for each and every individual to make them feel like an ascentium-team member was sitting right there with them in virtual space regardless of their location.

Solution
A tried-and-true method but on steroids.
Our previous recipe for success at other ventures netted huge results for this company. A super tiny-closely-knit team with ninja like skills.

We generated hundreds of different pieces but each time we tried something, we instantly saw the results. Which is not something that generally happens in this space. Some of the solutions we had were; websites, direct mail campaigns, ooh advertising, some ‘guerilla-style’ marketing campaigns, email designs and development.

The main solution was in our funnel and pipeline to sales. With such a small-nimble team, we had little to stumble over so many of us wore lots of hats which led to some very interesting and successful concepts.

Results
It’s easy to brag… doubling partnership funding, thousands of new business inquiries, and among other things… I think it’s safe to say we were sucessful

Among the huge increase in sales / attribution that our team generated, but we were also responsible for a huge portion of their thousands of partnerships. Our team was extremely tight knit and well integrated as we have done a similar solution prior that resulted in the business being acquired (Copperline). This same team and process netted huge value for Ascentium as seen by our numbers.

We did some truly innovative and ‘Guerrilla-Style’ marketing tactics that netted huge results and deepened already solid relationships. I wish i saved all the personal emails we got as a team regarding some of the thoughtful marketing campaigns we did.
